Here is how you can help:

FOR PEOPLE'S MEDICINES.

1. Go over the Patient Information Card with people who may need medicines. 

2. Help them fill out their clinic phone and pharmacy number. Help them call the pharmacy and/or clinic.

3. Help them pick up their medications. 

FOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT 

4. Share Patient Information Cards with other groups.

5. Invite / direct them to our website (medheq.org/RxPathway) for single copies of cards and bulk card printing template.

6. Consider Mutual Aid Support at Indigenous Roots. Call 651-395-7145, or send an email toinfo@indigenous-roots.org.
