Healing Through Community - Access to Health and Safety for Immigrants in Minnesota (MDHEQ Annual Meeting + Community Conversation)

Join us for our annual meeting and discussion on how the immigration system affects community health and wellbeing by centering speakers’ lived experiences and focusing on community needs. Conversations with local, legal, and legislative leaders will help to understand how we can advance health equity and strengthen our communities through advocacy for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.

Coffee and food will be provided.

  • 11:30 - 11:45 Intro to Immigration Law Presentation
  • 11:45 - 12:30 Legal/Legislative Panel + Q&A
  • 12:30 - 12:45 Closing

This event is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis ($0 - $50) with options to also donate and support future events. Select your preferred donation amount through registration or contribute through our Donate page.
