Join us for STAR-Lite Training: A Day of Transformation

MDHEQ is hosting a one-day Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience (STAR-Lite) Training Conference with Crixell Shell, Executive Director and peacebuilder with Minnesota Peacebuilding Leadership Institute.

This training is for those eager to grasp the essential principles of trauma awareness, resilience building, and restorative justice without requiring the big time commitment.

STAR-Lite is a research-supported, hands-on learning experience weaving together neuropsychology, trauma healing, resilience strategies, restorative justice, nonviolent conflict resolution, and spiritual insights.

It serves as a guide for individuals aiming to understand psychological trauma and take meaningful steps toward fostering peace within their spheres of influence.

Come join us for a day of exploration and transformation! Experience this condensed yet impactful training and take a significant step toward personal growth, empowerment, and a deeper understanding of trauma, resilience, and justice.

This conference is professional development for health care providers and community members.
